My husband suffered with allergies all of his life living in Mississippi. We moved to Texas 6 years ago. The first 3 years for him were completly allergy free. Now, my husband, daughter(6), son(4) and I all suffer from allergies. Last week, we vacationed in Florida. Within 1.5 days we all were allergy free for the rest of the week. When we returned to Austin, allergies came back within a few hours. — Stacey, Texas

Dallas, Tulsa
Well I didn’t move here to escape allergies, but when I did, I started having them! I grew up in Dallas, and moved to Tulsa recently. I had never had issues before I moved, and now have experienced more than 20 days off from work this year because of them.
I too am looking for relief and the lowest area available. — Kenny, Tulsa
Midwest, Florida
I have lived my entire life in the midwest and my allergies just seem to be getting worse and worse. I think it depends on WHAT you are allergic to. I am allergic to dust and pollen and find relief after a good rain. But I know people with mold allergies who are worse after it rains. I am thinking Florida might work for me. I know when we visited there I did not suffer. It was nice and sunny, but always rained once a day, the sun would come out and become pretty humid. I could live with humid if I didn’t sneeze my head off all day! — MSM, Midwest
Atlanta, Sweeden
I developed allergies to dust mites while working for a vet in Atlanta. Eventually I had to stop working there and the allergies went away. I was allergy free for almost 2 years and then moved to Sweden with my husband last July. In Sept my allergies came back worse then ever. Then June thru Aug of this year they went away. As soon as the weather changed they came back again. The climate here is dry and cold. — G.A., Sweeden
