Trust me -- it's North Carolina. I spent 8 months away from here visiting my in-laws in california, and from the moment I stepped off the plane, I was not bothered by allergies.

As soon, as my husband and I drove back across the NC borders, I was sick again. We have been back here three months now and I have been very sick with allergies, recurrent sinusitus, bronchitis, strep throat and a host of other ailments. My husband now has to leave the Army, so we can move to the west coast for my health. I now have allergy-induced asthma rfom living here.

My allergist's only real suggestion was to move, so that is what we are doing.

Best of luck with your daughter.

Where in California did you live, because the coastal area is humid, which is worst for mold and dust mites allergies, but the inland area is dry, which is worst for pollen allergies. I don't know how is the weather conditon in Carolina. Also check what kind of flooring does the day care center have? It is hard floor or carpet?
