While Nancy's recommendations are welcome, I am not familiar with these natural products so cannot endorse them from a professional standpoint. Please keep in mind that this is an interactive site with comments by many different people. We do not necessarily agree with or disagree with various recommendations that may be made in the comments areas. I suggest to everyone that you talk with your physician before pursuing any treatments for your allergies to be certain they are appropriate.

I have lived in Sedona for 11 years and although I do have allergic rhinitis, and other allergies, esp. to the Juniper trees and I used to be on prescription drugs both oral and sprays, I am finding relief from natural substances such as, Dolisos SW Desert Spray and BioAllers Tree Pollen. Another good product that is a nasal spray is manufactured by Thorne and called QC spray. Also, it's a wise idea to take Quercitin and Vitamin C daily internally.
