I am 37 years old and live in Kansas, Here for the past two years or so I have developed allergies, with these allergies have come fatigue, constant headaches and a general feeling of a depressed state. I recently took a two week vacation to Monterey California, within a day of being there I felt like a new person, all of my allergy symptoms were gone and I felt like a whole person, full of energy and life! I have been back in Kansas now for a few days and am feeling bad again, I never realized how bad it was until my trip. — Robert, Kansas

My wife had the exact same experience going from Sacramento to Carmel/Monterey.
I know what it’s like to feel so badly because of allergies, fatigue and facial pain and a sense of discouragement.I’m at a cross road myself, my ENT has suggested I move. Easier said then done. That would be a last resort for me, which sometimes seems just right around the corner.I live in the valley of California and have told to move out of the valley. I love the ocean but as you know it is very expensive to live on the coast of California. I am currently seeking a second opinion for my chronic rhinosinusitis, and possible other options. I wish you good luck, and truly feel for you.
My daughter has the same problem with her allergy. Every time we took a trip to San Diego,CA her allergy seems to went away while we are there, but as soon as we came back to KS her allergy is acting up again. It is getting worst around this time of the year. She feels miserable everyday with stuffing nose, congestion, and cough as well. I don’t know else I can do for her. I feel so painful every time I see her suffer from the crazy allergy. I am thinking about moving to some place with less pollen, and wind, but not sure is that the right the desicion since moving is not so easy.
Your sincerely,
Michelle
