I have been receiving shots for indoor allergies and have recently been sufferring from severe sinus headaches. I asked my allergist if I have developed outdoor allergies because my headaches occur after being outside. He said no. It has been 2 years since I have been tested for all allergies. Should I insist on be tested again for new allergies?

From my experience, I recommend living in the dry climate, such as nevada, utah, or idaho. dust mites like humid areas. i currently live in europe, but i´m from the west. i have had problems everyday with allergies since i´ve been here.
